Pastor Leola Tillman is the CEO and founder of Sisters Made of Clay Inc.®

Her mission is to encourage hearts while re-educating the mind of God's people concerning what life has presented to them. With her "matter of fact" way of expressing, this woman of God is a dynamic “dream constructor” and Lifestyle Coach who is touching lives in a positive way. She truly follows after the heart of God, which makes her effective in communicating His intention for her assignments.

Pastor Leola enjoys seeing God receive the glory for the repositioning that takes place in the lives of others. For over 25 years she has been committed to enhancing the lives of others through mentorship. Her schedule demands a great deal of sacrifice but one of her greatest ministries is her family. She is happily married to her husband, Elder Emerson Lee Tillman for the past 34 years.

They oversee multifaceted businesses and they partner in ministry. They have 4 young adult children and they reside in Tampa, FL.

The vision of Sisters Made of Clay, Inc. began as an Outreach Ministry in 1995. The ministry's mission is to encourage and empower others to share their life experiences as a testimony versus remaining a victim of life's circumstances. This is done by encouraging others to share their true testimony with the conviction that ALL THINGS work together for the good of them that love the Lord and who are the called unto His purpose.

We are all on a journey to becoming authentic. During Leola's time of transitioning between 12 different churches and four different denominations God began her healing process and her first book was birthed and printed (in 2002) entitled The Seven Pillars Of Sisters Made of Clay- 7 Levels of Spiritual Awakening and Rebirth. This project also became a teaching tool and the catalyst for the structuring of mentorship sessions and the plurality of mentorship among the group. In this "newly revised" publication she inspires and encourages those who are on the Potter's Wheel to remain in the process so that you can be used effectively by God. It is an amazing journey to becoming authentic!

We have been freed of every yoke, and delivered into what matters most, pleasing God with our progression and a mature, effective life in Him.

During her early childhood Leola was a product of molestation by a female.

This lead to an early childhood of masturbation. Experiences with lesbianism carried over into her high school years. As a result of her deliverance that cycle has been broken and has been replaced by a strong desire to release the Love of God and expose the truth to hurting women and men. The truth is... anyone can experience freedom from the power of lesbianism and same sex attraction through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

There is power in the Word of God; He is no respecter of persons. Pastor Leola also shares this platform with several Christian women, business leaders and those who dare to believe in the possibility of dreams and visions becoming a reality. God has allowed her to realize His grace & purpose through the harshness of her past and has given her a charge to assist others in their personal, spiritual and developmental process through the power of the Word of God and the ministry of SISTERS MADE OF CLAY, Inc. - SMOC XTREME®
